Westerville, OH - The men's and women's track team competed in the Otterbein invitational this past weekend where multiple athletes came home with high placements.
Faith Yancey
- 1st place in 60m dash (8.12s) and National Qualifying Time
- 1st place in Long Jump (5.29m) *PR and National Qualifying Mark
- Yancey first qualified for nationals in the 60m at Youngstown State, setting a personal and school record with her time of 7.88s)
Charlotte Hysell
- 3rd place in the 60m dash (8.84s)
Mason Holbein
- 4th place in Weight Throw (11.36m) *PR
- 7th place in Shot Put (10.43m)
Key McCoy
- 5th place in Long Jump (5.81m) *PR
- 10th place in the 60m (7.39)
Jonah Kiess
- 5th place in 800m (2:07.64)
Kayden Vanhoose
- 9th place in Long Jump (4.66m) *PR
- 21st place in the 60m (8.22s)
Johan Naess
- 22nd place in 3000m (9:53.65)
Bailey Chabot
- 25th place in 3000m (10:47.19)
The teams will compete at Cedarville at a Cedarville Invitational this Friday.
