Chester Mientkiewicz is in his second year as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the men's and women's cross country and track teams. Chester graduated with cum laude honors from Ohio Christian University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.Â
While at OCU, Chester was a member of the cross country and track and field teams, in which he is the school record holder in the 3,000m steeplechase, was a member of the 2021 and 2022 RSC Champion distance medley relay teams and the Champion of Character recipient in 2018 and 2021. Chester earned ten All-RSC awards throughout his cross country and track career. He also qualified for the NCCAA Cross Country National Championship in 2018 and 2019.Â
Prior to coming to Ohio Christian, Chester worked as the Head Fitness Instructor for the 366th Fighter Wing Squadron in the U.S. Air Force from 2017-2018. He also worked as a Volunteer Cross Country Coach at Pymatuning Valley High School in 2014.Â
Since graduating, Chester has been working as a full-time Groundskeeper at OCU.
Chester resides in South Bloomfield, Ohio with his brother Corry.
