Circleville, OH - Ohio Christian University's baseball team is set to host the NCCAA Mideast Regional Tournament, following a season filled with notable performances.
Throughout the spring, the Trailblazers have shown growth both on the mound and at the plate. One of the most notable highlights of the season came from
Braden Williams, who delivered a no-hitter against Rochester University at the beginning of the season, and a school-high 16 strikeouts recorded. William's is also credited with various complete games on the season and only 21 earned runs.Â
Offensively, the Trailblazers stood out at the plate.
Ryota Haga caught everyone's attention following a two-home run performance in a single game against Wilberforce College.Â
Now, as hosts of the NCCAA Mideast Regional Tournament, the Trailblazers will look up to build on the momentum that they've created. The torunament begins on Tuesday, May 5 at 9:00 AM, where they will play Grace Christian University (#3).Â
