Circleville, OH - The Ohio Christian University Trailblazers baseball team played Grace Christian University where they won 23-3. Coach
Evan McDonald was named coach of the year and the Blazers were awarded with the Regional Championship Title.
The Blazers started off strong in the first inning following
DJ Crocker's 3-run home run, giving the Blazers an early lead. Following this, the Blazers kept up the pace and continued to produced runs throughout the contest.
Andrew Keener and
Ryota Haga also hit home runs to left field.
Graduate Student,
Ross Pearn, earned the win and a complete game and recorded 8 hits on 3 earned runs.
The Blazers qualify for the NCCAA National Tournament, where they will begin play on May 16.Â
