Men’s Basketball Coach Resigns After National Tournament Run

Circleville, Ohio- The Ohio Christian University's men's basketball program will begin a new chapter after Head Coach Ron Miller announced his resignation following the team's appearance at the national tournament.

Miller, who led the Trailblazers for four seasons, confirmed his decision shortly after the conclusion of the postseason.

"Thank you for the opportunity," Miller said in a statement. "I'm incredibly grateful for the experience, the relationships built and the support I have received during my time here."

Under Coach Miller's leadership, Ohio Christian men's basketball has developed into a strong competitor, earning 2 back to back regional championships and 2 National tournament berths.

Athletic Director Ally Coyle thanked Coach Miller for his contributions and impact on the program.

"Coach Miller has been an important part of our athletic community," Coyle said. "I am grateful for the dedication, time, and effort that he has given to our mens basketball team and the impact he has had on our student-athletes. I wish him nothing but the best in his future."

The university will now focus on the future as they begin a national search for their next Head Coach.
