CIRCLEVILLE, OH -- The women's soccer team faced NAIA opponent, Huntington University in their second home game of the season. 

The Foresters grabbed the first goal of the game before Karissa Buttelwerth tied the game seconds later. Buttelwerth struck the post and latched on to her own rebound before slamming it past the goalkeeper. The Foresters would go into half time up 3-1. The Trailblazers battled in the second half and had a few good chances to cut the lead but it was Huntington who sealed the game with a fourth goal. 

"We started slow but did well to tie the game," said Coach Beth Arroyo. "Unfortunately, it was one of those games where we had chances but just couldn't finish. The second half was much improved and I was pleased watching the team keep possession for many parts of the game. We will learn from our mistakes, and quickly bounce back for our trip on the road this week." 

The Trailblazers head to Michigan on Wednesday to take on The University of Olivet.
