CIRCLEVILLE, OH -- Men's Soccer came close to beating Alice Lloyd College, but came up short in the second half.
The Trailblazers took the lead in the first half when
Kamden Smith calmly scored after receiving the ball from
Mason Sims. Ohio Christian continued to dominate in the first half with eight shots to ALC's two shots. The Trailblazers continued their dominance in the second half until the Eagles scored from a deflected goal. Alice Lloyd scored four minutes later and went into a defensive shape the remainder of the game. Ohio Christian pressed for the equalizer but the Eagles keeper came up with big saves late in the second half to preserve the win.Â
Next up, Ohio Christian takes on familiar opponent Mount Saint Joseph at home before hitting the road for three games.Â
