Circleville, OH - The women's soccer team started the season with a draw against Cleary University.
The Trailblazers got the perfect start in the 5th minute when
Karlie Tipton sent a corner kick looping over the GK's head to take the lead. The game would go back and forth until the 80th minute when Cleary scored the tying goal. In the final 10 minutes, both teams had close chances to win the game but neither could find the back of the net.
"I'm proud of the team because they fought hard," said Coach
Beth Arroyo. "It's the first game of the season but there were great moments that we can build on for next week."
