CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The Trailblazers began a busy weekend of travel with a tough pair of losses to IU Southeast 13-1 and 5-2. Ohio Christian moves to 5-13 overall and 3-7 in conference play after the sweep.
Chandler Hayes continued her dominance at the plate, going 3-3 with the lone run in the top of the fifth inning in game one, batted in by
Kylee Bako.Â
The Trailblazers put up a fight in game two but were unable to complete the comeback.
Lexi King had her first home run of the season, getting Bako to home for an extra RBI.
Hilarie Spitler went 2-3 at the plate in game two.Â
The Trailblazers have a quick turnaround as they look to bounce back at Midway University today, March 23rd at 1 and 3 p.m.Â
