PORTSMOUTH, OH - The men's basketball team bounced back from a tight loss to West Virginia Tech on Tuesday with a gritty one-point win over Shawnee State University 63-62. They handed the Bears their fourth loss in conference as the Trailblazers move to 8-7 in the RSC. It was the Trailblazers' first win over the Bears on the road and second overall.
The Trailblazers held strong, facing five lead changes and never pulling away by more than six.Â
Levi Seiler led the way for the Trailblazers with a double-double of 25 points and 11 rebounds. He was 10-12 from the line.
Cale Rammel came off the bench for 12 points and four rebounds. Rammel put in the game-winning layup with 12 seconds to play, assisted by Seiler.
Titus Burns added 10 points in 25 minutes of play.Â
The Trailblazers head to Point Park University for their last road game of the regular season on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
