BECKLEY, WV - The men's basketball team suffered a heartbreaker to West Virginia Tech on Tuesday night, falling by just three points at 62-59. The Trailblazers won the second half 34-32 but couldn't get all the way there in the end.
Titus Burns led the Trailblazers with 19 points on 7-11 shooting.
Levi Seiler came upw ith 14 points, six rebounds and four assists.Â
Jimmy Salamone came up with a similar stat line at 14 points, six rebounds and three assists. The Trailblazers shot 43.1 percent from the field but struggled from deep at 7-25.Â
The Trailblazers continue their stretch of road games this Saturday, February 17th at 3 p.m. when they take on Shawnee State University for the second time this season. The first meeting went to the Bears 81-65.
