MIDWAY KY - The men's basketball team followed their 40-point win over IU Southeast with a 79-69 win over Midway University on Saturday afternoon. The Trailblazers are now 6-11 overall and 2-5 in conference play.
It was the tale of two halves for the Trailblazers as they were down 42-34 at halftime and were down by as much as 15 in the first half. Once they regained the lead six minutes into the second half they never lost it.
Jimmy Salamone led the way with 22 points and four rebounds, followed by
Devon Miller with a season-high 16 points and seven rebounds.
Levi Seiler came up with 13 points, four rebounds and four steals.Â
The Trailblazers are back home for another conference matchup as they host Oakland City University at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 18th.
