CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The volleyball team got a 3-1 (20-25, 25-17, 25-10, 25-16) win over Indiana University Purdue University Columbus on Saturday afternoon with big performances by their middle blockers -
Madison Blickenstaff,
Brittlyn Call and
Alexa Mader. The Trailblazers improve their record to 8-9 and 3-3 in conference play with the win.
Blickenstaff led the offense with 16 kills, a .300 hitting percentage and six blocks. Call followed with 12 kills, a team-high eight blocks and a .320 hitting percentage. Mader came up with nine kills on a .304 hitting percentage and matched Call's team-high eight blocks.
Libero
Sophie Coleman stood out on defense with 25 digs and no errors.
Rylee Barr contributed 36 assists and ten digs.
The Trailblazers pause conference play this Tuesday, October 3rd when they travel to Asbury University for a 7 p.m. game.Â
