SOUTHFIELD, MI - The men's basketball team battled with Lawrence Tech on Tuesday night but couldn't take the win, falling 89-81. The Trailblazers move to 0-3 with the loss.
Ohio Christian went into halftime down by just one point at 36-35 despite trailing by 17 halfway through the first half. Lawrence Tech out-scored the Trailblazers 53-46 in the second half to take the win.
Levi Seiler came up with 31 points, seven rebounds and a team-high five assists in the loss, shooting 10-21 from the field, 5-12 from deep and 6-10 from the line.
Elisha Moore had 17 points on 6-15 field goal shooting and 5-9 shooting from behind the arc.
Devon Miller led the team on the boards with 12 while contributing six points.
Titus Burns added another six points and eight rebounds.
The Trailblazers head to Oakland City University this weekend for the Oakland City Shootout when they take on the University of Northwestern Ohio on Friday at 6 p.m. and Central Baptist College on Saturday at 2 p.m.
