CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The women's basketball team dropped their second game of the season against RV Indiana University South Bend on Saturday afternoon 109-74. The Trailblazers were down 65-24 at halftime before doubling their score in the third quarter and going on to win the second half 50-44.
Ohio Christian shot 20-65 from the field and 14-32 in the second half. They were 7-31 from behind the arc and 27-30 from the free throw line.
Haley Cox came up with a team-high 19 points, six rebounds, four steals and three assists.
Emma Koons and
Lily Shepherd both came up with 12 points while
Ashley Deweese had nine points and a team-high four assists.
Freshman
Jenna Tripp had ten points in just seven minutes of play.
The Trailblazers' four-game homestand continues Saturday, November 11th at 1 p.m. when they host Culver-Stockton College.
