CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The Trailblazers' continue their early-season four-game homestand with an 81-74 win over Culver-Stockton College Saturday afternoon. They move to 2-1 with the win.
Haley Cox came up with a career-high for the second game in a row with 33 points, seven rebounds, five assists and four steals. She shot 11-20 from the field, 3-8 from deep and 8-12 from the line.Â
Lily Shepherd had 14 points in 15 minutes of play to follow Cox.
Ashley Deweese had 13 points, five rebounds and three assists.
Emma Koons flirted with a triple-double with 12 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.Â
The win didn't come easy for the Trailblazers who never took a larger lead than nine points and faced eight lead changes throughout the contest.Â
The Trailblazers round out their homestand this Wednesday, November 15th at 5:30 p.m. as they host Great Lakes Christian College.
