CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The men's basketball couldn't get ahead of Siena Heights University in their home opener, falling 68-63 despite winning the second half 35-31. The Trailblazers are 0-2 early in the season.
Ohio Christian shot 2--58 from the field, 6-27 from deep and 17-27 from the line. They stayed within 12 for the full 40 minutes but were unable to take the lead at any point.
Jimmy Salamone led the way for the Trailblazers with 22 points and four assists.
Levi Seiler came up with 17 points and a team-high eight rebounds while
Devon Miller had 13 points and five rebounds.Â
The Trailblazers head to Oakland City University next weekend for the Oakland City Shootout when they take on the University of Northwestern Ohio on Friday and Central Baptist College on Saturday.
