Will Nowak previously served on the coaching staff at Malone University, where he established himself as a respected leader, recruiter, and mentor to student-athletes.
Prior to his role at Malone, Nowak spent four seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Findlay. His responsibilities included overseeing recruiting, coordination, managing game-day operations and film exchange, supporting player development, contributing to alumni relations initiatives, handling social media efforts, and serving as the head coach for both the men's and women's JV programs.
A native of Dover, OH, Nowak graduated from the University of Findlay with dual degrees in Marketing and Sports Management/ During his time at Findlay, he competed in cross country and track and field, represented student-athletes as a SAAC representative, and maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout his academic career.
