Rick Barger is entering his sixth year as an assistant coach for the baseball team. Rick graduated from Ohio Northern University  in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in Biology and then with a BSPH in Pharmacy. While at Ohio Northern, he played baseball for three years. 

Rick worked as a retail and mail service pharmacist for 36 years. During that time he coached Dublin youth baseball, basketball and football leagues for 12 years. 

Rick lives in Dublin, OH with his wife of 36 years, Lydia. They have a daughter, Meghan, and a son, Brandon. Meghan has been a nurse for seven years and Brandon will graduate from Ohio Christian this fall with a degree in Sports Industry.
