Lauryn VanHoose enters her third season as women’s basketball Head Coach for Ohio Christian University. Originally from Stoutsville, OH and an alum of Logan Elm High School, VanHoose continued her basketball career at Heidelberg University in the NCAA Division III Ohio Athletic Conference. There she became obtained Academic All-OAC twice.

There she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business as well as a bachelor’s in Sport Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

After graduating in the spring of 2021, she joined the Heidelberg women’s basketball staff as a student assistant coach for the 2021-22 season. There she also served as the graduate assistant for intramural athletics.

Lauryn currently resides in Circleville, OH.
