Ohio Christian University

Coach Malone is a graduate of Ohio Christian University, earning his B.A. in Business Management in 2011.  A Portsmouth, Ohio native, Donald Malone played basketball at OCU from 2006-2009. 

After earning his degree, Malone served 3 seasons as an assistant coach at OCU, serving under Curtis Christopher in 2011 and alongside Mandy Wray in 2012. Malone was also on the staff for the 2012-13 team that won the NCCAA National Tournament in March of 2013.

D.J. has spent the last 5 years serving at OCU in various roles including intercultural student services, campus maintenance, and most recently as the leader of the University’s travel ministry group, “Ablaze”.
