Grant Reynolds

Reynolds comes to the Trailblazers fresh off of successful coaching stints at Seven Hills High School, Wheaton College, and Davenport University.

Coach Reynolds was drafted in the 9th round of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft by the Oakland Athletics.  He enjoyed a three year career in the minor leagues from 2003-2005 before making the transition to coaching.

Reynolds made a name for himself as a player in 2001 as an NJCAA All-American pitcher at Wallace State Community College.  He then finished his college career at Kennesaw State where he broke many pitching records and was named an NCAA All-American in both 2002 and 2003.

He graduated form Kennesaw State in 2006 with a bachelor of science degree in Health and Physical Education.  

"I am very thankful to OCU for giving me the opportunity to take charge of OCU Baseball," states Reynolds.  "I am excited to get to the campus and get started."
