Box Score 4 Greenville, SC - The Women's volleyball team traveled to South Carolina to compete in the NCCAA South Regional Kickoff Tournament where they ended the weekend undefeated.
Game #1 Highlights
The first game of the weekend was against Toccoa Falls College where the Blazers swept the Eagles.
Game #2 Highlights
Game 2 on Friday also resulted in a sweep against Trinity College of Jacksonville, where the Blazers ended the game with 22 total kills over the three sets.
Kennedy Bowling ended the game with 5 kills, while
Aliah Snider and
Emma Hannah both had 8 assists each.
Sophie Coleman had 13 digs.
Game #3 Highlights
Saturday began with the Blazers going to five sets with Pensacola Christian College. Freshman,
Madison Poyser ended the game with 12 kills and
Aliah Snider accounted for 22 assists, while
Emma Hannah had 21 assists. Defensively, the Blazers also shines as
Sophie Coleman has 19 digs and
Kennedy Bowling had 4 solo blocks. Despite having to play a fifth set, the Blazers came out on top.
Game #4 Highlights
Saturday also ended in the game going to five sets with Bob Jones University. The blazers dominated both offensively and defensively by ending the game with 63 kills and 84 digs.
Kennedy Bowling had 13 kills.
Lilly Smith ended the game with 22 digs, a season high of hers, and
Aliah Snider ended with 23 assists.
The Trailblazers look to further their winstreak to 11 on Tuesday where they will travel to Kentucky Christian University. The game begins at 6:30pm.
