Softball Unable to Produce Runs Against Rio Grande

Rio Grande, OH - The Women's softball team played The University of Rio Grande where they lost both games. The scores of the games were 0-3 and 1-9. 

Lauryn Pate pitched for the Trailblazers the first game and gave up 2 earned runs over 3.1 innings. Chandler Hayes was the only player for the Trailblazers to get a hit during the first game. 

Emma Hastings pitched the second game where she gave up 4 earned runs. 

Lexi King went 3-3 at the plate with a double. Olivia Kelley went 1-2 at the plate and ended the game with the only RBI. 

The Trailblazers travel to Miami University Hamilton for a double header on Friday. The games are at 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
