Volleyball Loses First Game of the Season at Huntington Quad Tournament

Huntington, IN - The women's volleyball team traveled to Huntington, IN where they lost both of their games to Olivet Nazarene University and Indiana University Northwest, both in four sets. 

Game 1: Olivet Nazarene 3, OCU 1
OCU came out swinging, fighting to stay in the game, but couldn't come up with a win. The Trailblazers fought back in the third set to take one, but the fourth set slipped away as ONU pulled away. 

Top Performers:
    - Kennedy Bowling: 14 kills, 4 blocks
    - Aliah Snider: 33 assists, 9 digs, 4 blocks
    - Sophie Colemean: 13 digs, 4 assists

Game 2: IU Northwest 3, OCU 1
OCU won the first set to grab an early lead, but IU Northwest came back strong, with 43 kills across the next three sets. The Trailblazers remained resilient, staying in each set, but couldn't come up to take another set from the Red Hawks. 

Top Performers:
    - Kennedy Bowling: 11 kills, 2 blocks
    - Aliah Snider: 16 assists, 6 digs, 1 ace
    - Sophie Coleman: 15 digs, 5 assists

The Trailblazers seek to continue their momentum from this season when they travel to Wrigh State Lake University on Thursday. The game begins at 6:00pm.
