CIRCLEVILLE, OH - Five spring athletes have been named to All-Conference teams at the conclusion of the 2024 season. Athletes were also named to the Champions of Character Team, which is made up of one athlete from each conference program who was nominated by their head coach for best displaying the NAIA's five-character values of respect, responsibility, integrity, servant leadership, and sportsmanship. The Scholar-Athlete Team is made up of athletes who have been at Ohio Christian for at least two semesters and hold a 3.25 GPA or higher.

FIRST TEAM ALL-RSC

Lexie Engstrom; Track and Field - Engstrom came up with a podium finish at the RSC Outdoor Track and Field Championships to earn her All-Conference honors. She placed third in the 800m run, negative splitting a time of 2:24.23, just two seconds off of her PB.

Emma Hastings; Softball - Hastings had a successful junior campaign, with an overall batting average of .326. From the mound, Hastings had an ERA of 3.23 and a 1.29 WHIP. Her pitching record finished 5-7 overall and 5-4 in conference play with one save.

SECOND TEAM ALL-RSC

Hilarie Spitler; Softball - Spitler was critical for the Trailblazers all season and led the way on the mound. She finished the season with the sixth-highest strikeout count in the conference, finishing with 93 strikeouts on the season. Spitler's ERA was just 3.01. At the plate, Spitler batted .297.

Chandler Hayes; Softball - Hayes finished her freshman season with an impressive .378 batting average, sitting at eighth in the RSC. She was seventh in doubles with 13 and was solid behind the plate for the Trailblazers, finishing the season with 105 put outs and just two errors. 

THIRD TEAM ALL-RSC

Kristin Gardner; Softball - Gardner batted .258 for the Trailblazers this season, racking up seven doubles, two triples 24 runs and 12 RBIs. On defense, the senior second basemen finished with 99 put outs.
