CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The baseball team took one and dropped two games against Point Park University, who currently sits at the top of the RSC East and is receiving votes (RV) in the NAIA Baseball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
The Trailblazers opened the series with a 3-1 win over the Pioneers on a team effort.
Trey Henry got one RBI for the Trailblazers while

Ohio Christian gave up the shutout in the seventh inning and
Ridge Clark came in to pitch the save. It was Clark's fourth save of the season, a new school record.

Game two went to the Pioneers 20-0 as the Trailblazer defense could not get in a rhythm.Â
The Trailblazer battled in game three, tying it up in the bottom of the first inning at five runs, but two four-run innings from the Pioneers late was too much for the Trailblazers to come back from.Â
In game three,
Benjamin Sterritt led the offense going 2-4 at the plate with two RBIs, one run and one double.
Trey Henry was 2-3 at the plate while
Stephen Larkins came up with a three-run double.
