CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The men's basketball team is on a roll, getting their fourth straight win over Brescia University on Saturday afternoon by a score of 73-68. The Trailblazers are now 8-11 overall and 4-5 in conference play.
 
Titus Burns had another solid game with 20 points and four rebounds. Jimmy Salamone followed with 17 and Levi Seiler contributed 15 points with six rebounds, two assists and three steals. Cale Rammel had eight points and a team-high seven rebounds.
 
The Trailblazers went on a 7-0 run to come back from an early 4-0 deficit and take control of the game.
 
The game saw eight lead changes in the first half and neither team saw a lead larger than five points. All but two checked in players got on the board for the Trailblazers and Salamone led the way on offense with 11 points. Brescia topped Ohio Christian going into the locker room up 36-32.
 
Brescia got their largest lead of the game early in the second half at 44-38. The Trailblazers remained close behind or ahead while the game saw three more lead changes.
 
Burns tied it at 56 on a big breakaway to give the Trailblazers some momentum with eight minutes to play. Levi Seiler drew the foul and put down his free throws to give them a 58-56 lead. Burns made another big play to extend the lead to four at 62-58 with five minutes to play.
 
Just one basket was scored in the next two minutes of play as both teams were putting up a defensive battle.
 
Burns drew a foul on a bucket to give the Trailblazers a 65-60 with 2:20 to go. It was enough to take them to their fourth straight win at 73-68.
 
The Trailblazers are back in action on Tuesday, January 23^rd when they head to Indiana University East for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
