MICHIGAN - The men's soccer team came away winless from a week of three games in Michigan as the season gets rolling. The team took on Grace Christian University, Great Lakes Christian College and Cleary University. The Trailblazers are now 0-4 on the season.
The week started with a 4-1 loss to Grace Christian University on Tuesday. The lone goal was scored by
Junior Acosta in the 21
st minute.
Madior Mbaye made six stops in his 32 minutes in goal while
Chase Pennell made four in the rest of the game.
Great Lakes Christian shut out the Trailblazers 7-0 on Wednesday.
On Saturday, the Trailblazers went back up to Michigan to take on Cleary, and were shutout again 3-0. Mbaye came up with eight saves in the full 90 minutes.
Ohio Christian heads down to Cincinnati on Friday, September 8th for a 7 p.m. kickoff against Mount St. Joseph University.
