UPLAND, IN - The men's basketball team came out of their slump for a 78-74 win over Taylor University on Tuesday afternoon. The Trailblazers had to battle it out, facing ten lead changes and never going up by more than seven. Ohio Christian is now 4-9 this season.
Jimmy Salamone tied his season high 26-points on 11-16 field goal shooting to lead the Trailblazers to their fourth win of the season.
Titus Burns had a career-high 25 points on 8-15 shooting and was perfect from the free throw line at 7-7.
Levi Seiler flirted with a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds.Â
The Trailblazers shot 50.9 percent from the field and 92.9 percent from the free throw line.
Ohio Christian is off for the holidays until Wednesday, January 3rd when they head to St. Mary-of-the-Woods College for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
