RIO GRANDE, OH - The men's soccer team fell to nationally-ranked No. 9 the University of Rio Grande on Saturday night by a 7-0 scoreline. The Trailblazers fall to 0-9-1 overall and 0-4 in conference play with the loss.
The Trailblazers held the Red Storm to a 3-0 scoreline for the first 25 minutes of the second half before two braces finished the job.
Riley Dunham put up the Trailblazers' lone two shots and forced two saves from the Red Storm goalkeeper.
The Ohio Christian defense battled, facing 37 shots and 15 on goal. Goalkeeper
Madior Mbaye came up with eight saves.
The Trailblazers take a break from conference play to travel to Boyce College this Saturday, October 7th. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m.
