CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The men's soccer team put on an incredibly solid defensive performance to shut out Point Park University who currently sits at second place in the River States Conference for a 0-0 tie. This is the team's second tie of the season and first conference tie.
The Trailblazer defense faced 40 shots from the Pioneers and 15 on goal. Goalkeeper
Madior Mbaye came up with 13 saves while defender
Evan Caldwell had two goal-line clearances to keep the game level.Â
Junior Acosta had the highest offensive effort for the Trailblazers with six shots and three on goal.
The squad heads to St. Mary-of-the-Woods College this Saturday, October 14th at 3:30 p.m.
