CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The volleyball team got back to form Tuesday night with a clean sweep of Point Park University for the second time this season by scores of 25-15, 25-20 and 25-22. Ohio Christian moves to 10-11 overall and 5-4 in conference play.
Alexa Mader came up with ten kills on 22 attempts for a .364 hitting percentage.
Morgan Blakeman had eight kills and six digs while
Brittlyn Call had eight kills with a .444 hitting percentage.
Sophie Coleman was clinical on defense with 21 digs, 18 receptions and no errors.
The Trailblazers opened the first set with a 6-0 run and didn't let the Pioneers within less than four points, taking the set 25-15.

Josie Buck led a strong defensive performance for the home side. Mader led the offense with five kills on eight attempts in the first set.
Point Park forced an Ohio Christian timeout, tying it at 10 in the second set before going up 12-10. The Pioneers went up to a four-point lead before the Trailblazers pulled back at 18-17.
The Trailblazer defense showed out for a long rally before going up 22-18 and forcing a Pioneer timeout before taking the set 25-20.
Ohio Christian hits the road to take on Indiana University Kokomo this Friday at 7 p.m.
